Yesterday, when Kaylee was at school, Jeremy was sleeping and I was avoiding housework I got the desire to want to bake. It's really the only time of year that I like doing it. Mostly because I am not good at it. One of my favorite things to say is I am a cook not a pastry chef.
When I got to the kitchen, I noticed that we were short on milk and we were out of eggs so I made the decision to experiment and hope for the best.
I am so grateful that I did because these came out very well. They are a hit with my family so it's a good thing that I decided to write down what I was using/.

1 1/2 Cups Flour (I used all purpose)
3/4 Cups Brown Suger
4 Teaspoons Coconut Oil
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
1 Cup Cold Ginger Beer
Vanilla to taste
Mix all of the ingredients until smooth and bake for 20 minutes at 350.
Enjoy!
If anyone decides to try this, let me know your thoughts and modifications.
