Easy and Tasty Monkey Bread

Can I just start by saying that I am so NOT a pastry chef.
I usually only bake during the holidays.
The rest of the year it's store bought or box stuff.
There is one thing that I make every autumn.
Monkey Bread.
Now usually I love making it from scratch.
This year, I just don't have the energy to stand and knead the dough.
Instead, I cheated.

Cinnamon Sugar Monkey Bread

A bunt pan
4 cans of biscuits
1 cup of  melted butter in a bowl
About a cup of sugar spiced with cinnamon to your taste

Preheat the oven to what the biscuit package tells you.

Start by cutting each biscuit into 4 pieces
Once you have all your pieces cut dip them in the melted butter
Then dredge them through the dry mix of cinnamon and sugar
Stack them in the bunt pan
Bake for 45 minutes

This is so good and easy.
You can even put chocolate chips between the layers if you want to and make a glaze to go over the top.
