29 weeks!

I am twenty nine weeks pregnant today!
Yay!
For those of you who don't like to do math, that's 7 months 1 week!
That's so insane to me.
I am SO excited but also very nervous.
Lets just put aside all the medical issues that I have been having.
(Blech on weekly surgeries)
It feels like I am brand new at this having a baby thing.
Things are so different from what they were when Kaylee was born.
For example : No blankets. I mean, what? I know they have sleep sacks but I LOVE blankets and it just seems like the tiny human is not going to be warm enough.
Nothing but a mattress and fitted sheet in the crib. This means no toys or bumpers.
What if my tiny tot rolls over into one of them bars?!
There needs to be crib bumpers/
Not everything is 'bad' different though.
Breastfeeding is much more encouraged and supported now than it was then.
I already have a meeting with the lactation consultant at our hospital.
I am very excited about this because I went into breast feeding blind with Kaylee.
I didn't know half of the difficulties that can come with breastfeeding and I didn't talk to anyone for support until I was deep into the issues and ready to give up.
Now I understand my mom and mother in law when they say things are so different from when they gave birth.
It's only been six years for me and I feel like I am in a whole different world.
