My favorite cake. Ever.

I have a lot of trouble enjoying cake that is store bought.

A lot of people will disagree with me but I think the 'real' icing is so sickly sweet.

When I was 21 my mom thought that she would be clever and make me a jello cake.

You know, to represnt jello shots.

It has been my favorite ever since.

It's quite simple to make but I LOVE it!

All you need is 

1 box vanilla cake mix and the ingregients that you need to make it

1 box of your favorite jello (mine are watermelon or strawberry) 

1 lg container of cool whip.

Make the cake.

Let it cool.

Poke holes all over the cake.

Make the jello and pour it over the cake.

Put it in the fridge and let the jello set up inside the cake (about 3 hours or so).

When it's done setting, top it with the cool whip, cut and enjoy.
