Bullying.

Such a heavy topic.

So many seem to care... '

After the fact.

After something horriable happens, people care.

No one wants to stand up while it's happening and say hey, what your saying/doing is not okay.

Or telling the victim that he or she is truly loved and the words people say do not define who they are or will be in this world.

Well I am here to stand up and say these things.

There is nothing in this world worth taking your life over.

You are all beautiful and unique and wonderful.

You are loved.

You are amazing.

You are a life, a force of nature.

God loves you so you are NEVER alone.

You are needed and adored.

Life isn't easy but it is worth it.

These are all things that can be said and shown in the simplest of ways.

It's damn heart breaking to read about all these children who are ending their precious lives before they can begin.

There are strength in numbers. Look at the ones you care about and tell them you love them. Lend an ear to a stranger because you may just save their life. If someone says they want to be left alone, ignore it. Let them know you're there. Send a loving e-mail, card, text message. Send links to websites that you think may help them. They may get mad at first but angry is better than dead. They need to know, not just hear that they are not alone.

We all need to know that every now and then.

Advice to suicidal teens:: Talk to your parents, friends, principle, teacher, the lunch lady, a pastor, your librarian, a stranger on the street. Talking is so much better than anything you're wanting to do. There is a hotline that you can call and a website you can go to. I will link them at the end. Find an online community of kids who hurt like you and understand what you're going through.

Buy a journal and write all your thoughts, no matter what they are. Just get them out some how. Hurting yourself is not worth it and it's REALLY not worth taking your own life.

I am not a professional, just someone experienced in feeling like my life is over and no one loves me.

I had someone reach out. Tell me they love me. So this is what I want to tell you,
