Random thoughts.

I love my friends.

I don't mean the people who call themselves my friends and then talk behind my back or get pissed when I can't call, text or hang out.

I mean my friends

Starting with my mom, brother and the people who live with me. Moving on to Kelli who hasn't hung out with me in a month and is still okay to call me her friend. She also has a level of understanding of why I have had to cancel on her more than once. Then Angie, Tippy and Christina who live far away from me. We only get to talk on occasion but still there is so much love in our friendship.

I probably have not seen Ange and Tippy in around 8 years. I left Christina without a thought to move 180 miles away and never said good bye. She forgave me and loves me. Some of these people knew me in my dark days but still didn't define me by them. They saw a deeper worth.

This is true friendship

I am a firm believer that you don't have to talk or hang out every day or every week to have a great friendship. It's about understanding. love and cherishing the time you do get with them.
For my friends that are close by whom I haven't the chance to hang out with, lets and soon. I miss you.

Next subject : If you are not mature enough to process or understand a situation maybe you should keep your mouth shut about it. Terms like 'grow up' and 'get over it' have no place in a conversation if you can't understand or haven't been in the situation. How about you try to take your own advice or, as funny as this concept my seem, keep your damn opinion to yourself. Just sayin'.

Jeremy and I's 5 year anniversary is in exactly a week. I can't believe it. Sometimes it feels like we've been dating for a life time. Most of the time though it still feels brand new. We have been through a lot but we are better for the storms. He is my love and my best friend. I can't imagine my life with out him. Jeremy, I love you.

Kaylee is getting so big. She can now write most of her letters by herself and she can spell her name. She also tells us her address We have her counting to 20. 25 on a really good day. She knows the words to so many songs. She is so independent and the greatest person in my life. I hope she will realize one day what she's done for me.

Now that I have completely thrown a random blog together I will leave you with this :: Life is to short. Love, live, laugh and dance. Don't sweat the small stuff and the big stuff will work itself out. Life is good. Not 100% of the time but it really is. Love the people around you for they may not be long for this world. Pray. Know that you're never alone. You should try to do one random act of kindness for someone everyday. It will not only make someone else smile but you will feel good. We all need to feel good from time to time. Finally, don't go looking for love, be blindsided by it. It's better that way. I promise.
