Sometimes, change is bittersweet.

Change.
It's inevitable.
Most of the time I am okay with change.
There are things that I constantly like to change.
My hair.
The rearranging of a room.
My clothing style.
On the other hand, I there are things that I really can't stand changing.
Right now there are two things, major things, that have changed.
The first, Jeremy has been working since July 5th With no days off until the 15th.
That is Kaylee's birthday.
Some of these ten straight days were 12 hour shifts.
All because we need the money.
All because we have decided that I am going to be a stay at home mom until Kaylee starts school.
This is one reason why I believe I have an amazing man.
While most people these days work 40+ hours a week it is not something that our family was/is used to.
Kaylee is really starting to feel the affects of Daddy being gone.
I am sure she will adjust but it breaks my heart when she looks at me and says "Daddy's not here a lot. He doesn't like us anymore."
This is the change I don't like.
Silver lining?
(Aside from the money)
When he is here, we spend more time as a family and less time arguing.
This helps me accept the change that I dislike,

Big change number two.
Kaylee is turning 4.
I know I know,
Kids get older.
We all do.
Fact?
Four is different.
Four allows her to start school.
Although we are still unsure if preschool is right for us, being four still allows her to be allowed in school.
This is terrifying to me.
I have already decided that I was going to be one of "those" moms.
The one who the school knows by name.
I know that Kaylee is going to have an easier time with going to school then I am going to have allowing her to do so.
Friends, do me a favor.
Don't let me sit outside the school building staring until the end of the school day please =D.

I guess both these things are things that I should be/am grateful for.
This type of change is bittersweet I suppose.
